These two academic buildings, Jenkins and Nanovic Halls, at the University of Notre Dame house the colleges of global affairs, international studies, civil and human rights, international peace, global development, European studies, economics, political science and sociology in this185,000 sq.ft. space. Between the two, four-story buildings is a five-story tower with a CopperCraft spire at the top. The buildings’ exteriors feature different types of windows, buttresses, arches, and a CopperCraft turret. The meticulous detailing required forCopperCraft’s spire and turret helps these two buildings stand out on campus as beacons, welcoming students and faculty to class every day with the goal of changing the community and the world for the better.
